This property is an apartment in the 3rd floor with fantastic river view. located at Macquarie Street, St Lucia. It is inside UQ campus, which means you don’t have to get up early to attend your lecture, and also easy to access University resource.
Apart from that, it is 1 minute walk to the 411 Bus Stop, and 3 to 5 minutes walk to the Asian grocery and restaurants.
This is a 3 spacious bedroom and more-than-enough-furnitured apartment. One middle room (with built in wardrobe and shared bathroom - $170) and one master room (with built in wardrobe and own bathroom - $240) are available to rent. Share bills
