Requirements 1. Experience in Chinese wok 2. Skills in Stir fried, fried rice and deep fried 3. English is a MUST 4. Positive and attitude 5. Works quickly and accurately during busy periods 6. Monitors food quality. 7. Work closely & coordination with the restaurant service team 8. Able to estimate and do ordering of ingredients 9. Maintain excellent hygiene in work space 10. Ensure sanitation practices and implements kitchen safety standard 11. Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
Working Hours: follow trading hours Lunch 11.00 am-2.30 pm Tuesday-Saturday Dinner 4.00 pm-9.00 pm Tuesday-Sunday
