Naati 能否申请 TR

根據移民局要求，aus study req: 課程最少 長達 2 年，而且英文為授課語言，由 completion letter 裡面 的 date 開始算起的 6 個月內申請，當然舊的 tr 還對職業有要求，所以 Naati 是不能了，一旦過了 6 個月都不太可能，還是直接申 pr 吧，錢也省了。

理論上是只要夠分, 在 SOL 上都可以申請. 但有一條, no further stay condition, 簽證過期了, 就不能在澳洲申請另一個簽證, 要再離境重新申請. 不過一般學生簽證都很少有這條條款.

有的, 上面有說, 不知道你申請你的 graduate work or post study stream. 但兩種都有規定畢業內 6 個月. 請看

Graduate Work stream
