I have a lovely house with good position in Calamvale. I am 50,living in this very clean 4 bed room, 2 bath room house on my own. I am a full time worker so I would like to have an adult company (35-50)like a student who studies full timely or a worker who works full timely. Walk 150m to 130, 140, 150 buses which go to city or Griffith university directly. 2mins to beautiful park with lakes and ducks etc.. Nice to have a walk after dinner. I only charge 140 dollars a week for the double bed room, 120 dollars a week(4 weeks bond) for the king single bed room. They are cheap for living in such a nice and quiet house. Because you are expected to be a clean, quiet, no smoking adult who is easy going, not a party- holic. It is easy to drive around if you have a car. Otherwise the shopping centre is 500m away if you don’t. You don’t have to share Wifi bill, but electricity will be shared if it goes beyond certain amount. My boyfriend occasionally visits me. But he is a quiet person as well. Let’s enjoy a peaceful life together… |
