Job opportunity at 7-eleven (Surfers Paradise centre and open 24x7 hrs). We are currently recruit 3-4 male nightshift and 2 dayshift people who are passionate about Customer Service to join our team as a Casual/Part Time staffs(job commencing 8 Nov).

Your toolkit for success:

· Highly motivated and enthusiastic personality with fine tuned English communication ability.

· Be honest, responsible, reliable & punctual.

· Customer service experience in a retail environment preferred (but not essential). Asian students are also warmly welcome.

· If you have face-to-face customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar environment, then this is the role for you.

   
Your responsibilities will include: EFTPOS & cash handling transactions; Accurate and efficient transaction processing; Respond and resolve customer requests and concerns; Provide an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean area; Processing of orders and receiving deliveries; Adhere to store policies procedures and safety standards.
