The company is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic customer service officer to work with the sales and production team to provide customer and administrative support. This is a full time position. About the Role · Take incoming orders & enquiries · Attending walk ins and enquiries via phone or email · Data entry, order processing & invoice · Liaise with client for design and production detail confirmation · Liaise with production team and monitor production progress · Handle payment & manage receivables · Inform client for order pick up and dispatch orders · Other administration works as directed by management About You To be successful in the job, you will need to: · Have 3 year plus administration position experience · Have attention to detail · Good communication Skills · Good time management skills · Willingness to learn product knowledge · Good computer skills in Microsoft office suite · Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese · Graphic design skill is a plus
