Talk in advance:
Money first:
1. master room weekly price: 220 aud(if you rent for a year), 235(if you rent for half a year)
2. normal room weekly price: 200 aud(if you rent for a year), 215(if you rent for half a year)
3. Utility bill(water & electricity) will be shared by four according to the actual bill fee every 3 month.
4. Bond will be your 4 week renting fee(e.g if you rent master room for a year, it will be 220*4=880)

Floors

The tenant is required to use furniture protectors on all furniture to protect the floors. Should it be found that the floors are damaged by shoes, pets and/or furniture, the tenant will be responsible to have the floors professionally repaired.


Gardens

The tenant & the Lessor acknowledge and hereby agree that the regular maintenance of the lawns and gardens are to be maintained by the tenant & that all grass clippings & any fallen or trimmed branches/fronds will be disposed of & not left at the property.
