这段话基本就是叫你在太平绅士JP见证下签字才有效。括号里面的可以忽略，那些就是在澳洲同样可以有资格见证你签字的人 邮局，，警察局，，诊所一般都可以  邮局貌似会收钱。 你找JP 就没错了。   海外的公证是否有效，，是否接受最好打电话确认一下 可能会不同。
