Job sought as a Part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/Property Management Assistant.
Work will be based in our Coopers Plains office. This position is suitable for individuals who can multi-task, have a positive attitude, and work under pressure.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reception duties, including answering and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel, and handling telephone and email inquiries;
Arranging and managing client appointments, including coordinating any changes;
Managing document storage, including registering, issuing, and organizing documents.
