工作内容: 岗位1:Customer Service / Sales Support:
1. Answering and distributing incoming calls.
2. Providing customer support through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, in person meetings and service to walk in clients.
3. Assisting with preparing quotations, proofs, proposals, and production orders.
4. Updating job status to customers.
5. Acting as the key liaison between customers and internal teams.
6. Problem-solving for customers in a way that ensures the relationship remains positive.岗位2:Business Development & Account Manager:
1. Conduct potential client visits /meetings to understand market needs and build rapport.
2. Onboard new clients, maintain satisfaction, and deepen existing relationships.
3. Resolve client issues promptly to sustain positive partnerships.
4. Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client expectations.
5. Act as a trusted advisor to key business executives and stakeholders.
6. Conduct market research, set goals, develop revenue growth strategies.
7. Pursue and manage leads through the sales cycle via email, phone, presentations, and in-person meetings.
8. Prepare quotes, proposals, proofs and production orders.
9. Monitor client demand, forecast trends and track account metrics. (e.g., revenue, KPIs)
10. Represent the company at sales & marketing events to expand brand reach.
11. Assist Production, Accounting and Marketing teams with order processing and client updates.
12. Support cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.
13. Stay updated on industry trends and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, increase efficiency.
14. Engage in professional organizations and networking opportunities.
职位要求: - 优秀的英语沟通能力(需商务邮件及口语流利)
- 丰富澳洲生活与工作经验 (有对接商家和企业的工作经验+分)
- 具备自驾通勤能力 (办公室位于工业区)
- 细心高效, 擅长多任务处理与跨团队协作
- 有礼貌打断同事,寻求协助得工作通道
优先考虑: - 有B2B销售,企业采购或管理层经验
- 曾就职于政府/教育/非盈利机构
- 曾就职于广告标识公司/=或参与建筑/装修成本核算
- 具备系统性工作方法(如ERP系统应用,软件支持工作流程)
