标题: 有關於父母依親移民
請問一下各位大大，達人，和有經驗的親們。。。。朋友的媽媽剛拿到依親移民的pr，就那種十年前就開始排隊的，上個月終於給她排到了，移民廳的信上沒寫需要住多久，只是給5年的簽證。

有人知道，那個簽證是甚麼條件嗎？ 5年需要住滿幾年啊？還有甚麼特殊要求嗎？它只有寫，第一次入境不能結婚！！！

是不是103刚刚下来? 5年的PR就是普通的PR 每次只是批给你5家人5年到期之后可以继续续签的.

不是我家人，是我朋友的媽媽，她想申請citizen，想知道5年要住幾年才能申請。。。。謝謝辣。。。。

The residence requirement is based on the time you have lived in Australia and the time you have spent outside Australia.

You must:
1.have been living in Australia on a valid Australian visa for four years immediately before applying which must include the last 12 months as a permanent resident
2. not have been absent from Australia for more than one year in total, in the 4 year period, including no more than 90 days in the year before applying.
