There are two master rooms in that townhouse. it costs only 180 per week for one person
but it is unfurnished. and it didnt include any bills at all.

I have a fridge, sofa, microwave, TV and many kitchen equippments. for the bedrooms, i got one extra bed frame, a chair, a study desk. i can lend those to you if u want to share the townhouse with me.
so , furniture is not the problem except that we dont have a washmachine and one bed mattress for yourself.
