What You’ll Do

As ourAssistant Accountant, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day finance operations,including:

Financial Data Entry – Record invoices, receipts, and expenses with accuracy.
Accounts Payable & Receivable – Process supplier payments and keep customer accounts on track.
Bank Reconciliation – Ensure our financial data is accurate and up to date.
General Ledger Maintenance – Keep records precise and compliant with accounting standards.
Month-End Close – Support closing activities and financial statement preparation.
Expense Reporting – Review employee claims and ensure policy compliance.
Financial Analysis – Assist in variance and budget vs. actual reporting.
Compliance – Uphold accounting regulations    and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software MYOB Acumatica & Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to integrity and    confidentiality
