Are you friendly, reliable, and ready to join a growingteam? Cypress Tyres is looking for a Receptionist to be the welcomingface and voice of our business at our Acacia Ridge (QLD 4110) location.

About Us:
Cypress Tyres is a growing and dynamic tyre wholesale company with a strongpresence in Queensland and beyond. As our business continues to expand, we'relooking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our team at ourAcacia Ridge branch.

About the Role:

As our Receptionist, you’ll play a key part in deliveringexcellent customer service and supporting our day-to-day operations. Your mainresponsibilities will include:

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
Taking and processing orders over the phone
Greeting and assisting walk-in/pick-up customers
Handling general administrative tasks and paperwork

What We’re Looking For:

Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
Strong communication skills and a professionalphone manner
Reliable, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
A team player with a positive attitude

Starting salary from $50,000 + Super, depending on experience

- 有客服经验优先（无经验也欢迎）
- 沟通能力强，认真可靠，对工作负责
- 英语听说能力好（尤其是电话沟通）
