工作地点: Upper Mt Gravatt, Garden City 附近office

工作时间: 9am-5pm

主要职责

Office all rounder

- 处理日常相关发票,核对发票

要求

有物流经验者优先
有会计背景优先

- 良好英語书写及沟通能力，能用国语沟通

- 学习态度积极, 认真负责

This is a casual role for an adminstrative role. The role is varied and you will be supporting multiple departments in our small but busy office near Garden city shopping centre.

We are looking for someone with experience and skills in data entry and general office duties to join our friendly team.

You must have attention to detail and be reliable, well presented and friendly with the ability to multi-task across all the areas of the business including accounting, freight forwarding, scheduling, as well as greeting and interacting with customers and clients in person and over the telephone.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Accounting background is preferable.

The hours you are required to work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with an immediate start preferred .
