Hey Guys

Looking for a couple (girl&girl or girl&man) for a new rent house.

Address: 8 Mascar Street, Upper Mt Gravatt

We have 1 ensuite Master Bedroom available inour cosy apartment.

The room is furnished, has a queen sized bed& two desks with ensuite bathroom and built in wardrobes. A security carpark is available for you. The building manager advised me to pay $10 per aweek if you want to use a security car park of our apartment. If you would liketo use and be willing to pay $10 per a week, please let me know in advance.

Very convenient area for transport, shopping,eating out, recreation and work to Gardencity Shopping Centre and City. It is 1 min away by walk to the closest bus stop (Bus174 & 180), and 5 min away to Gardencity Shopping centre, 10 min away toUpper Mt Gravatt Bus station.

Please note, the picture is from the other one who used to live in this housebefore I rent. So the furnitures are different. Our own furnitures will bedilevering tomorrow afternoon, so I mignt be able to take more photos if youlike.

Either you can just come for an inspection, date is Sunday(11/02/2018), let you know the specific time in message.

交通，购物，外出就餐，娱乐和工作到Gardencity购物中心非常方便。步行1分钟即可到达最近的巴士站（174号和180号巴士站），5分钟可至Gardencity购物中心，10分钟可抵达Upper Mt Gravatt巴士站。请注意，这张照片是在我租房之前所拍摄的。所以内置家具与照片上不同。如果你需要更多的照片我们可以随时提供。

这个星期天（11/02/2018）可以来看房，请提前通知我你要来看房的具体时间。星期天（11/02/2018）起即可入住。
