JOB OPPORTUNITY: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AND DATA
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant and Data Entry specialist to join our team in Archerfield.

Work Schedule:
Days: Monday - Wednesday (With potential for additional days as you progress)
Working hours: 8am - 4pm
Key Skills Required:
🔍 Xero Expertise: Proficiency in Xero software is essential, including experience in quoting, invoicing, payroll, and financial management.
🔍 Work Ethic: Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results with minimal supervision.
🔍 Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and maintain positive relationships.
🔍 Dependability and consistency are crucial, as you will play a key role in our daily operations and overall success.
🔍 Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions that enhance efficiency.

🔍 Numeracy and Literacy Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English and Chinese due to international trade.
🔍 People Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive and professional representation of the company.
